How does it heat up? Do I need a wall outlet?

No wall outlet needed. It runs on USB power: plug the cable into any 5V power bank (5V/2A recommended) and the 6 graphene heating zones on the back start warming — on the sofa, at your desk, in the car or outdoors. Power bank not included.

How do I change the temperature?

Press the round button on the chest to switch between 3 heat levels — 45 °C / 113 °F, 55 °C / 131 °F and 65 °C / 149 °F. The small LED display shows the level you're on.

Is it one size? Will it fit me?

Yes — it's a unisex, one-size poncho with open sides, a full front zip and a hood, so it drapes comfortably over most body types and over your usual clothes.

Is a power bank included?

No. Any standard USB power bank (5V/2A recommended) works — just connect the USB cable that comes out near the hem.
