Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We make every effort to display our products, including colors, dimensions and features, as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images are for illustration purposes. Heating times and temperatures may vary depending on the power bank used, room temperature and other conditions.

4. Product safety and use

Please read the instructions included with your poncho before first use. Use only a 5V USB power source. Do not use the heating function while sleeping for extended periods, on infants, on persons unable to respond to heat, or on skin with reduced sensitivity. Remove the power bank before washing and follow the care instructions on the label. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse of the product.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any discounts displayed on the product page. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an obviously incorrect price and will refund you in full if this happens.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store.
